Child Health and Safety Fair 2003

   In connection with Child Health Month, the Clifton Fire Department and the Clifton Public Schools will be conducting the Fourteenth Annual Child Health and Safety Fair on Saturday, May 3, 2003, between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, at Clifton Public School 16, located at 775 Grove Street, Clifton, New Jersey.

  The fair is to be held both indoors and outdoors with numerous organizations providing health and safety information, demonstrations, and screening to the children and parents who attend.  In addition, information about various summer recreation programs for children will be available.

  Participating organizations include: Clifton Health Department, Clifton Recreation, Clifton Public Library, The General Hospital of Passaic, Saint Mary's Hospital, Clifton Against Substance Abuse, Saint Joseph's Hospital, Clifton Police Department, Passaic/Clifton Mobile Intensive Care Unit, and the New Jersey Jackals.

  Highlighting this year's event will be the landing of the North Star Helicopter at approximately 11:00 am.
